Do you offer Delivery and Setup?

Yes, we offer Delivery/ Pickup options for a small fee. This includes setup and takedown of the inflatables by our professionals. The fees are as follows; $25 if event location is within 15 miles of our location, OR $35 if event location is within 25 miles of our location.

Wet vs. Dry Slide options?

Depending on the inflatable being rented, we offer options for using the Wet functions of the slide or the ability to opt out and use the slide Dry only. Both are extremely fun for the kids to play on. It just depends on the type of event you’re planning! There is an up-charge for the Wet options because they require more time extensive cleanup services.

Do I need to Sign the Waiver?

Yes, the person responsible for the rental and who will be responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations of the Inflatable rental is required to sign the Waiver prior to setting up the inflatable. We will not issue an inflatable rental to anyone until we verify a waiver has been signed and is understood by the responsible parties.

What if the weather is bad?

If we have to cancel your rental due to weather issues you will be offered the choice between a FULL refund or a complimentary rescheduling of your rental. Cancelations due to weather will be initiated by our team and not at the request of the customer. If you are worried about he weather please reach out and we will check for you!

What is required to Self Pickup the inflatables?

While Self Pickup is available at checkout we do not recommend the pickup option unless you have the proper equipment and strength to lift and transport the inflatables. Each Inflatable weighs close to 400lbs and requires team lifting and a truck with a bed to transport.

Refund / Rescheduling

We understand events don’t always go off according to plan.

We offer a FULL Refund of your rental fees IF we receive a cancelation request 72 hours prior to your ORIGINAL event planned start date OR your rental is canceled by us due to weather concerns.

We offer a Partial Refund of your rental fees OR a complimentary reschedule of your event rental IF we receive a cancelation request 24 hours prior to your event planned start date.

We CANNOT accept refund or reschedule requests for any cancelation request issued to us on within 24 hours of the event rental date.
